do you know if i could buy this anywhere besides the gfwl market place?

I saw it on eBay in DVD disc, but it wont give you achievements, just GFWL version.

Did someone tried the retail version to see if achievements do work? The box doesn't say GFWL (neither GFW), so my guess is achievements don't work... Are we sure about that info?
