Open World?

Does this game have an open world concept or is just basic levels?

From what I've played so far (just got past the two polycrafts) it feels like open world and the levels do consist of very open spaces where you are encouraged to explore to look for collectibles but it really is a level concept. There are many areas covered in radiation that restrict your ability to explore but give it the illusion of an open world. So to sum it up it uses a basic level concept but don't let that stop you from buying especially since its so cheap right now though I got it for Christmas but I know that you shoudn't find it anywhere higher than $30.

It is actually quite linear, but the area that you must progress through is often pretty wide where you can take multiple paths etc. As stated most areas are surrounded by radiation so you can't really explore.

There isn't anywhere in the game that you can have the walk around and do what you like kind of feel to it.
