Let's see if there aren't some small treasures around for us with sticky fingers.

I lifted a +1 Con belt off the Quartermaster in Ostagar, with lvl2 stealing.

The arrogant noblewoman in the Denerim marketplace has a Tiara - a Gift-item, unique AFAIK. None of my party-members seemed interested in it, so I'm guessing that it's for, y'know, the LAST party-member. You know who I'm talking about, so I won't bother breaking out the spoiler-tags...

No idea how high skill-level is required.

I also lifted the key from Owen the smith, and Berwicks letter, both in Redcliffe. This did absolutely nothing as those are plot related items and can be gotten through conversation.

Still waiting for the big score!

Im sick of getting the successful steal message, but getting nothing.
I think I prefer using my Dog's searching to get items. I found a bunch of stuff, weapons, books (even a diary complaining about hearing constant clicking) , and some interesting gifts with my dog (ball of string, found cake, pantaloons to name a few)

I read somewhere that Sten, of all people, is happy to receive the Dirty Pantaloons. Though I cannot for the life of me imagine why.

...actually, I'm not sure I WANT to know why. >_>;

Stole a "Bad luck charm" off the innkeeper at the docks before the circle tower. Appearantly it will find its way into the possesion of a thief eventually and cant be gotten rid of.

Great Bioware, thanks for making thieving such a useful skill, well invested skillspoints, and generally a boon to all rogue fans.

Since this game is the "Spiritual" successor to baldur's gate (according to devs). I Forsee a new pantaloons quest that will span the series (or possibly span some DLC for the next couple years).
