Why is it like this?? HELP!

Hi! I just won my first championship on Uefa: Euro 2008. And i won the trophy aswell. But in the meny, when i go to my trophies, it isn't there. i tried to play the final again (boy it was hard), i succeeded, still no trophy.
Are the trophy for online people-only or can everyone get them? maybe there's something wrong with the game? I got dissapointed, i was really hoping there would be trophies...
