After many long hours, i finally got all 1750GS points. if you get good at the game and have friends that are skilled, the achievements are not hard at all. also, boosting for the online achievements helped me a lot too. took me about 2 years tho. =]

Why hasn't this roadmap been updated on the Achievement List? It is still the roadmap to 1250! What else should be done? Looks great to me!

I went old school and played this for a bit tonight. It took me a while to get used to the buttons after playing Reach so much and no Halo 3 action for a couple of years, but once I got going I managed to get a couple of Achievements: Killing Frenzy and Alas, Poor Yorick.

50+ hours?!

Campaign + Meta = 12-14 hours
Multiplayer (assuming boosting skill achievements, and getting the spartan officer) = 12 hours
legendary dlc = 3 hours
mythic 1 = 4 hours
vidmaster update (no gamerscore): 2+ hours
mythic II = 2 hours

My total for completing 1750 is only around 37 hours, not nearly over 50. Just saying.

I made the Approximate Time to 1000 assuming playing without boosting. In that case 50+ Hours should sounds more reasonable. Save This Film and a few others like the Lone Wolves achievements can take for ages to get. But I see what you mean, let me change that now though.

This isn't an Achievement Guide, it's a Road Map. A basic outline of how to get them and what is the quickest way. An achievement guide has a pretty detailed description for each individual achievement.

God, I miss games that give over 1000 through DLC- This and Dragon Age Origins are two great games, with great DLC, and great Achievements. What's not to like?
