Co-op Ach Glitch?

I successfully completed the co-op campaign with a friend of mine from start to finish on Insane, in a few days. We beat it and both got the Insane difficulty completion achievement but not the friends with benefits achievement. We got the other 2 easier co-op achievements as well as we went through.

Is this a glitch or problem with the achievement?

I looked at all chapters in every act and it all has the Insane symbol next to it, and I know I didnt do any acts/chapters on Insane with my partner.

Anyone have similar problem or know of a quick fix or anything?

do the training mission. also make sure you didnt quit in a checkpoint and then start at the checkpoint later on. for some reason that messes it up sometimes. if all else fails just play the game on casual until you guys get the achievement.

good looks bro, i think that we did quit in a check point and then start from there.

also we skipped the training.

ill do the training mission and all of act 3 again and come back to verify for other readers.

I've had exactly the same problem.

I played it with a friend all the way through on Co-op on Normal...no achievement.

I then played it all the way through on Insane on Co-op....no achievement.

On Insane, we played all of Act 1 and 2 in one go, then quit.
Next day we continued from the checkpoint for Act 3, finished that then quit.
Next day we continued Act 4 but I started from a Chapter Start, not a checkpoint start, and we finished 4 & 5.

STILL NO ACHIEVEMENT.

Now I'm guessing it's Act 3 that may be the problem. To register a chapter as played in Co-op, do I need to play just the 1 chapter, OR do I have to do ALL the act to get the 6 chapters in one go.

HELP, because this is driving me mad!

i just got the achievement. Make sure to do training!!!!

you dont even need to complete the chapter, just do training and once u finish it u will get the achievement. (assuming you did the rest of the campaign).
