Ever regret playing easy games?
When looking at my played games I find myself asking, Why did I ever play Kung Fu Panda or Dash of Destruction?
Was it just because they were free, or did the promise of easy points make me do it? I would gladly take a twelve hundred point hit to remove both from my list... Do you have any games you regret playing because of an "easy" or "Kiddie" stigma? |

I like easy games. I regret playing hard games. I mean I want to relax and enjoy playing, thats why they are called games. I dont want some complicated hard ass game that I have to buy a guide to beat every level.

No, easy games don't bother me. Crap games tend to bother me more and more, however.
Currently working on EndWar and Battlestations: Pacific, both quality titles from quality studios. Also threw in Damnation last night to play with Pants and hopefully I didn't put him to sleep with my bitching. Prey done poorly I think is the best comment we came up with. At least it looks like a fast game. Kung Fu Panda was entertaining, I quite enjoyed it, same with Ice Age 3 (although that got repetitive after a bit).

I only play a game if I think I'm going to like it. Achievements are always secondary for me. If I play the game and like it, usually I'll go back and try to get the achievements.
So to answer you question, no I don't regret playing any "easy" games.

i'll never rely on cheap/easy/kids games to boost my gamerscore. i'm not that obssessed with it to care to that extent.
but i did play Kung Fu Panda, which came with my 360. i beat it once and got about 500 points from it. i did regret spending nearly 6 hours in one sitting to get it though, felt like a big waste of time now that i look back on it, the game wasn't even that fun IMO. i could just have easily gotten as many points on a game i like in about the same amount of time lol

I also agree that Kung Fu Panda was entertaining, I just felt kind of dirty adding one thousand point's to my gamerscore with a game that has that "kiddie" stigma. |

That is how I usually look at it. Although I find my self being a bit of a completionist. Once I played them I had too finish to one hundred percent.

Not in the slightest
![]() As long as the game is good and enjoyable then hey...I don't care. I do tend to find that if I get a game on my profile and get 1 achievment in the game I have to go all out and try get them all, suppose I just like things to look nice and tidy ![]() Doesn't help being a total addict

you see, that's what i thought i was gonna do when i started noticing achievements (around 2-3 games into my 360 career). but then, Gears of War and Devil May Cry 4 happened. i look at some of the achievements for those and i just said "screw it" lol -_- i'm usually a perfectionist myself but with insane achievements we have these days, i just stick to 1000/1000 only the games i REALLY like

Agree with you there, I hate games that are hard for that purpose only. I fully regret playing easy 1000s, but nothing I can do about it now. And in the future I will play another occasional easy game just for the sake of it. Bad habit and really a waste of money.

Nope not at all
Dash of destruction was free Lego indiana jones was free Kung fu panda was free Pretty much all my ez games has been free, the ones that hasnt been were around 100kr so i aint got much to be sorry for. Sure ive wasted a couple of hours but Kung fu panda took what ? 5 hours on hard getting 100% on all the levels, which brings it to a total of like 8 hours. Avatar took 2 mins, the lego games took something from 15-30 hours and i didnt hate em they were quite entertaining

If it's easy then that's not that big a deal to me. If a game is enjoyable than I'll play it regardless, Dash of Destruction is actually really fun with Friends you know.

As long as a game is enjoyable and good, I'll play it regardless of the difficulty. I only regret playing a game if it's really bad.

Not I liked Kung Fu Panda. Sometimes I just want something simple and fun to play in the mornings before I go to work. I usually either play children games or fighting games and that time.
