Figured out why Watch Your Step works on Pound for Pound.

The achievement states sending Calico's men over cliffs OR THROUGH WINDOWS. The SUV runs down the street and hit quite a few of the minions and they are technically going through the windshield which would be a window.

I never thought of that...good point. I have to admit that I actually like this game. Only through a few bits but it is pretty fun overall.
