It can't be boosted that I know of, this is because you can only get XP in ranked games.

also guys (im in australia) i dont know when you all get it, but i dont have it until the 17th. i hope this isnt a problem. i will definetly have it on the 17th though.

That achievement has to be ranked, it says Pro Tour, which is ranked. Therefore it is not boostable.
