Is this game good?

This game, it really is a special kind of terrible. I'm very lenient when it comes to low budget games, I know before hand that they're not going to be great, and that I'll have to accept their flaws and look to the core game to find the fun, and often I can, but this.....I just can't find it anywhere, there's nothing in it at all that I like. I didn't even dare finishing the first level just in case it gave me an achievement, so I can at least delete it from my profile.

If you're an old school GI Joe fan, I gather there are some things in it which you will pick up on and appreciate, but as someone who was never a fan of GI Joe, I never picked up on them, so they did nothing to add to the fun for me.
