Another thing that should be added to this, is that if you sequence break as in the way you do for the 4% run, you cannot get 100%. You will not be able to pick up the first missile pack which counts towards item percentage.

Isn't Walkin' on Water achievement missable after the exploding room? I just thought that someone should fix that to the guide roadmap if that is the case.
