5 seconds head start

I presumed this achievement ment to hold LT at the start for 5 seconds after the gun goes off then go like a bat out of hell so I tried this on the 400m won (just) no achieve..am I doing this wrong?

i also tried this one, but no luck

am pretty sure I gave enough of a start out of the blocks

got it, you can do this in arcade which means you get 3 boosts so I done the 200m held LT waited til I heard the matey say 5 released and boosted to victory for the record i also done the triple jump achieve in arcade
