Acheivements Not Unlocking????

I did the acheivement where you need to get 2 bikes performing endos on xbox live with a friend. He got the acheivement i didn't. Anyone know if this on is glitched.

Also i enabled a cheat in the cheat menu and went to custom match but this didn't unlock. Do you have to have x number of AI racing for it to unlock?

I just got this achievement yesterday playing a 2 player game (not on live). No AI. I did it on the M. Test track (the circle), and there is a lot of room for error. We were off laterally by about 5 feet.

The problem might be because you are on live.
