"Best Squad" Achievement Glitch. - Page 2

Just gone round once again getting best squad lol becuase the map rotation is in two's I did them twice, oh and this time it was a private squad.

Sixtyeightstate, thanks for posting, so it is glitched then, the damb thing is I didn't even get the patch.

Yeah, no problem. You should try to contact DICE or EA and see what's up. I know they have a twitter, maybe you could message them about it thru that.

I got the achievement playing by myself. I had the most points of both teams, and my name wasn't in top squad since I was by myself so I don't know.

Alright so from what I've heard, nobody actually ever got it legit. I posted this on xbox, and pretty much the same. Those that got it, got it randomly.

Looks like above all this mess with the servers and connections, theres also a glitched achievement.

EDIT: I believe that the servers are causing this mess. Hopefully once the servers are back to normal, so will our achievements?

Yeah, I've read around a little bit and it seems like almost everyone has just gotten this achievement randomly. People should make some noise about it on the EA forums : http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/categories/show/33.page

i have been top squad on all three maps but overall our team didn't win. I't mighr mean you'r team has to win and you need to be top squad or it's just glitched.

I actually unlocked this achievement after getting one kill in like my 20th game. I was like, "What the crap?!", because I was already wondering why I didn't have the achievement yet. Now I'm wondering HOW I got the achievement. hahaha. Maybe just a delay in the unlocking.

Perhaps the description on the achivement itself is incorrect? I noticed some inconsistances in the Top Squad listings in the end of the games...so im not sure its glitched , i think it might be gained for something else then beeing in top squad an all three maps....

i can confirm that this is glitchy as hell i got it and i was worst in squad i only played each map once and it was pair up with win a match on each map

Yeah the achievement's glitched. I actually got mine on a losing battle on the Guancanals map (LOLSPELLING), and I wasn't even in a squad. I'm pretty sure I did nothing special to be on top of the match's leaderboards, either.

Luckily, 100 games is a lonng way off. If your lucky you'll unlock it by then.

It's not glitched, jsut the wrong description.

You have to get best squad on all 3 maps as both sides. Making it so you need to get it 6 times total.

I got it last night, we got best squad 8 times in a row, Iwo, Guada, Iwo, and them after doing both sides of Wake we got it.

Nope, I will have also done that too, but it didn't unlock and that doesn't explain all the people who unlocked it that weren't even in squads.

Nope. I got Best Squad as each side and on each map at least twice.

No you have to join a squad yourself.

A mate just told me he got it by playing 3 games about an hour ago without being in a squad and it unlocked for him, I tried it and no luck lol.

I had wondered why this hadn't popped up for me just yet. Think I will have to give not being in a squad a go as that seems like it works for some people. Otherwise I'm sure I will get it during the 100games anyway.

Mine seemed glitched, but then came good. I had the patch, and had made sure I'd been top squad on every map more then twice but didnt get it. Then I joined a game, got a kill, got a flag cap, I would have been lucky to be in there for 3mins before the game ended and the achievement popped.

Just tried to play without a team and it finally worked! So just join a game, press A and play on all the maps alone doing your best, hopefully you will get it.
So maybe it's not glitched, it's "glitched" for people who really want to get it and always try to be in the best team instead of pressing A and playing.

Just gone round them all again with friends in the best squad and still no luck lol, I have also been playing games without being in a squad hoping to get lucky.

Hi people on the internet i can safely say this acheivment is glitched i have done the acheivment on 3 dummy accounts and it unlocked on 1 the achivment seems to pop at the most weird moments so keep playing and it should pop

Thanks for the conformation mate, so from the start of this thread of me being wrong and the achievement not being glitched to me being right and the achievement being glitched.

Yep its glitched, went through each map with Top Squad (with same people) at least once for each and didn't unlock. This sucks, because other than this achievement, I only have Tour of Duty II. Hopefully it will be fixed or it will appear randomly.
