NOT or XOR, What is the difference?

I see Zegapain listed on eBay and other import sites but I always see two different versions NOT or XOR. can someone explain?

XOR was the first one on 360 and it came out about 6 months before NOT. NOT just came out in Dec and is the sequel. Personally I have only played the demo, but I own both of them. One day they will find their way into my 360.

Okay someone else was asking me about this so I went ahead and threw both games into my console. Dammit they count at the same game!! So even though they came out six months apart and have different box art and everything, they are the same. I think you just play the story (which I cannot read) from the opposing teams view.

Right; I've just bought Zegapain NOT, and from what I can make out, you need both games for the full 1000 points. 500 points are from each game by completing the game from that sides point of view. If I am right, I hope this trend doesn't continue, for instance, having to buy all 3 games in a trilogy jsut to get 1000 points - that would suck!

Oh heck yeah , I have the first one XOR and cant get anywhere in it for the life of me ... Any tips for achievs , plz
