So far i havnt found any horse traders, If you've found some list the locations. Also where can we get the special mounts?

Not sure if this applies to all, I'm playing as the Shadow Warrior, but once you're in Chapter II, you can get a quest called Unique Mounts from an archaeologist which gives you the ability to buy special mounts.

You can also look for the horseshoe symbol which allows you to buy horses.

I just found my first horse seller at Khorum the desert city...

follow your main quest till you come to "the wall" it's a quest that allows you to enter the northern region, you'll meet a horse trader north of the wall, as well as a mount seller in each town in the northern region...the special mounts have a quest to unlock them, the first three parts are easy but the last three can be difficult for a low level player.

I added a map, hopefully it'll work, as I am computer illiterate...
Key:
RED = trail of main quest leading to epic mounts + basic quest area locations
YELLOW circles = quest for mount
PURPLE circles = horse mount dealers that I found

Harder things to deal with then 6-7 floating fish things at once in the fomer elven capitol at lvl 18? cause they is annoying

I forgot to mention the mount island is in the north west corner of the map with yellow circles on it, it has three quest's, kind of like a monster hunt style on it, the monsters can be pretty tough, atleast my shadow knight had a tough time, even with res'd dead and undead soldiers helping me...they don't make getting the epic mounts easy...
Another way to get the mount is have a buddy load the island if he's already done the quest's.

Orcish Bywater is the town you get the special mount quest in. You just talk to a woman who is glowing gold. Also this link http://wolfes-lair.rpgplanet.gamespy...queMounts.html might help.

I think everyone who's explored the world would agree, you can only buy mounts....

BUT!....
I haven't tried this yet...I had the idea to get my gear for another character and store it, so I won't "buy any items" I'll already have items and if i need new items I'll use my first character to buy more gear for them...

try and store a horse!
