I have every phone but not the achievement!

I have completed the game on 007 and aquired every phone, however i havnt received the acheivement for it, i have just double checked again and it says i have every phone, i have also loaded up echo hotel as i picked up the phone near the SUV crash, died proceeded without collecting it again but now the phone doesnt appear there?? Help !
