Hardcore Mode! (not a real mode)

1. heya ppls , like alot of games i play/ed i like playing hardcore (as in diablo2 hardcore , as in you die you lose your char)
2. The rules are simple , set Difficulty to Very Hard , and play the game. No oops i fell off a cliff and died , reload , hey im back. Go make a new char , No Glitching , as in inf. money tricks or the scrape metal exp/money glitch.
3. simply put , just straight gameplay on very hard without dieing, this is for good fun and a good challenge.

Just curious, going by your rules, what happens if you die? A complete restart?

yep , complete restart , sounds kinda bad but after a couple deaths you find ways to stay alive + level quicker , so you'll get better real fast , had about 9 hours in a game and was only level 9 and got mauled by a bear , so restarted him , got halfway through L10 with only 6 hours , just make sure you got some good DR, Endurance , and lots of stimpacks / medicine skill

As much as I think you're insane for doing this, i'm also impressed with your idea. Looks like i've found my challenge for my 3rd playthrough

Interesting idea, though i think i will definately have to get some practice killing some of the harder creatures on very hard before i attempt this.

ya , its pretty hard and time consuming , but imo its pretty dam fun , makes it so u cant have the mentality run in and shoot oh i died , run in and shoot a differant way oh i died etc... , makes ya think more , like i said tho , it gets ezier after the first couple deaths , and the biggest thing/s ive found so far to worry about are yao guai's(bears) , which arnt too bad for me now , and deathclaws , it try not to engage them at all. got 480 hp and i think 80dr with med-x on and they still hurt , but i can kill them , usually takes at least 5-10 stimpacks(90+ medicine skill and fast metabolism) , maybe more , still wont try 2 yao gaui's at the same time yet tho , had that happen once and said fuk that and used my stealth boy and ducked away , keep 1 of those on you at all times if you can , and like i said my WoC is Ripper , i like to run up and strafe around the guys as im killin them , doesnt work all the time , but when it does it helps alot , and chainsawing raiders/enclave/etc.. in the face tends to knockback?/stun? them for a sec , of course a high EW skill with a plasma rifle and Vats Perks can prolly help alot tho , depends on what you like , lol , dont really use vats much at all on this char
