All four of my computers have this many icons. When it does fill up I just make a new folder on the desktop and through most the icons in that and fill it up again. This is my work computer. About two years ago a coworker thought it would be funny to change my background to Twilight and I'm so lazy I just left it.

Well I don't see my desktop very often. (Even though I'm on my computer a lot.) Below my internet window is Windows Media Player, and sometimes a game or another player behind that. I usually have to minimize 3 things to get to my desktop. So I just change mine every so often. That is a pretty impressive set up though.
