Good rpg game?

ive been wanting to rent a rpg but NOT the ones that are really slow something like assassins creed

I dont consider Assassins Creed an RPG, if your looking for final fantasy, anime character looking people

Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean are good games

If your looking for something cool, but with stats and levels that make it into an RPG

Fallout 3 and Oblivion

I don't know that I would call any rpg "fast" or like assassin's creed, but Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean are both good recommendations. Both have active battles as opposed to turn-based rpgs, so they might seem faster to you.

I own Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Infinite Undiscovery, Lost Odyssey, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Star Ocean, Tales Of Vesparia, and beat Enchanted Arms.

Now, if you want a QUICK rpg, and/or quick 1000, Enchanted Arms.

Eternal Sonata and Tales of Vesperia are quick as well, though both will require you to do 2 run throughs for 1000. Infinite Undiscovery and Star Ocean require multiple play throughs, but I.U. isn't that great from what I played, and Star Ocean was amazing.

Blue Dragon is 3 discs long, and I'll be honest, I didn't like it that much. Lost Odyssey, however, is four discs long, but one hell of a game.

If you're looking for an RPG that is just very well done, I gotta recommend Lost Odyssey for how well the story is done and how engrosing it is, as well as the graphics, then Eternal Sonata due to how different and beautiful a game it is. My fiance kept asking me if I felt gay playing that one, then she realized it's based on a famous composer, and she shut the hell up haha. VERY creative.

There is a massive lack of good RPG's at the moment but I would say you should take a look at Oblivion, Lost Odyssey and Mass Effect. I've been waiting sooooo long for Tales of Vesperia, reading this thread makes me slightly sad.

Thats why its known for having a really short questline.
Oblivion is way better and will have you hooked in no time.

I would say buy an RPG as most will take a LONG time to complete. But here's some suggestions:

Mass Effect
Fallout 3
TES IV: Oblivion
Too Human (It's a good game to me )
