Special item photo glitch

Hey, i just noticed something weird. You know, there is an album for the special items and there is a trapped seahorse. I took a photo but in the album there isn't the photo of the trapped seahorse, just a random photo of a seahorse. And while i went through the volcano level -holding down RT all the time for faster playthrough- suddenly the achievement "Nostradamus" unlocked. But it was just the third playthrough and you can't see anything -just water and a rock- on the photo.
