Help please!

I knw that there have been a load of problems with the new dlc and everything but i have just downloaded it on a different account and then signed in with another but i am not getting the radio signal, do i have to go and find sat comm whatever it is or am i going to have to play on the other account because O:A worked fine on my account las time.

ive been waiting for the signal for about 20 mins so any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to sleep in a bed? This usually helps with those kind of problems in Bethesda's games.

no i haven't, i'll try that sometime, for the time being i think i'll wait for the dlc to come back up on the marketplace then redownload it.
