Rock it launcher Schematic

Ok i have 6 of the 7 weapon schematics but i cant buy the one of moria cause ive killed her and i cant go back in volt 101 cause ive finished the game..

So does anyone know where i can find it somewhere else...

Ive seen them on travelling merchants.
Theres also one in the armoury in rivet city (3rd floor bridge tower).
Im sure if you killed moira you can just nick it off her though....
I think crazy wolfgang will have one outside megaton.
