This might be old but you can get this achievement by using the stationary grenade guns in Rolling Thunder. Never saw this mentioned in the guide so I figured I'd post it.

Yeah, i used this method and suddenly the achievement unlocked and i wondered because i have thought, that you have to kill 20 enemies with hand grenades.You can also use Grenadelauncher (Assault Class) and the grenadelauncher from cars.
