This is most definitly ripping microsoft off. It so funny how people actually go on to forums and post things like this an not think that microsoft dosen't monitor sites like this. The only reason it can be done is because microsoft dosen't want to have to charge someone twice if something was to happen to their hard drive. If they get feed-up with beening ripped off and they take it away, it well be some poor honest guy thats going to pay for it.
