That is essentially what you can do... for the most part. You can't play them on your NTSC 360; Instead you need to purchase a PAL 360 or NTSC-J 360 to play Bioshock accordingly.

Okay now im understanding this more. So if I buy a PAL360(which is Europe)and get a copy of German Bioshock. All I need to do is attach my harddrive to the PAL360 and get more achievements for playing the same game, hence stackable. Is this correct?

Ok, well I guess the answer would be: how many Xboxes do you have? Each region's game will need to be played on that region's Xbox. I assume you have a PAL console which would cover most European games. If you bought an American game, you'd need an American console, or NTSC. If you bought an Asian game you'd need an Asian console, or NTSC-J.

Yes, but for the convenience of use you can simple store your profile in a Memory Unit and use it between 2 consoles, each one with its HDD.

You have to log with you normal account every time you play the games in different consoles, to earn the achievements.

Ebay is your best bet, find someone who will send to the USA.

Most UK retailers...i.e: Amazon, will not ship abroad.

The cheapest way to get one would be to look in American Ebay for an European System. True. I got one used for US$ 100 that way. There is always someone back from a stay in UK with a PAL console in America. And that kind of console no one really wants.

Or ask someone who is travelling back from Europe to buy you an Arcade bundle.

Save files are specific to each game. So you have to play through the game more then once.

NTSC and PAL don't exist in the word of 720P and 1080P. Its just a way to separate region now. It all depends on the cable you use. I've used my "PAL" 360 on many "NTSC" tvs.
