Knothole Island quests are stuck

Well this is just fantastic. I finished the Snow quest for the DLC, went to mayor and got my reward. A couple in-game days later, I get my next Quest notification.

It's the SAME quest. It says "Knothole Big Freeze" and I'm directed to go to the Submariner. When I visit him, he just ask for gold to go to the island, and I can't find the mayor.

So yeah, now I'm stuck. I'm afraid to just delete the DLC and redownload it 'cos my other hero has a bunch of Knothole Island gear.

that sucks didnt happen to me but it did to my friend

This happened to me as well but I kept playing and encountered no further problems. I was able to get all 3 DLC achievements even with the stuck quest.
