Not so many for me:
devil may cry 4: I really have no ambition to play the game 8(?) times on increasing difficulties...what I saw from it while playing it at my girlfriends box just wasn't worth it..maybe 2 times but no more than that. I'm not that much into hack&slay games, the only one I really like is God of War.
dead rising: I really looked forward to play this one but after I started playing it..i absolutely didn't like it..bad controls (why the hell do i have to aim with the left stick?!), bats that break after 6 hits, stupid guys in the car outside and this stuff.
C&C Kane's wrath: also looked forward to this one, but it's just the old problem rts games on consoles have...controls are awful. But after halo wars dragged me again into this genre, I'm going to try this one again.
Every fighting game: I would say I'm a pretty decent gamer in all genres besides this one. I'm happy to kill one guy in SF:IV on very easy, I struggle through DBZ on very easy blistering my fingers, and get my ass handed to me in SoulCalibur 4.
There are some other games I have on my gamercard I didn't touch for a long time, but I haven't given up on them...just taking a long break

i've only had a live account since december and it's a new profile, the only game i have given up on on this profile so far is shellshock 2 because it is terrible

on my old profile there were a few more i could not get into (off the top of my head)

far cry 2
Battlefield 2
call of duty 3

N3: Played it on a old account before getting live, got sick of it, a mate borrowed it and i havn't gotten it back, no hurry for me though.

GTA4: No way in hell that i am going to play through that boring story again just to get under the radar and liberty city minute.

Gears Of War 2: Like the first one, good campaign and coop. Terrible multiplayer. Just the fact that they've come up with two dlcs both costing money is out of my head.

Also got some games i don't hate but just haven't got the interest in playing them again (viking, kane & lynch, army of two, nhl 07)

I have only given up on a few games
CoDWaW: After 4 it just couldn't live up to the expectations in my opinion.

FEAR2: I just found this an absolute bore, completely dreadful.

Eragon: For a kids game this is quite difficult. It is also soooo boring its unbelievable.

I gave up on games like
The Sims 2 Pets ( no real single player mode which sucked, waste of 30 bucks lol)
True Crime New York City(rubbish control system for driving and shooting)
Cricket 2005 ( infuriating how much I try to time the ball batting I get out)
Tomb Raider 2 ( keep dying on the second level lol)

I've pretty much given up trying to get any more achievements on Halo 3. While its a fun game and I love the campaign mode, I can never find anyone online to help me with legendary campaign and the multiplayer achievements are ridiculously hard. Two kills with spartan Laser? Run somone down with a mongoose? Triple kill with a sword? No way I'm ever gonna pull those off.

Games I've Rented then sent back without completing:

Call of Duty 3- God, worst of the call of duty games. I Think i only did like half of the campaign and then sent it back.

Beijing 2008- Possibly one of the worst games i have ever played. Stupidly difficult and terrible controls. Sent that back after 1 day.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06- I'm not a golf fan to start but this game was terrible, achievements took forever so i will be sending that back tommorow.

really!!? if you still own it try it later, i played it when it first came out, didn't really get into it. Played it about 3 months ago and played it like 2 hours a day and now have 34 hours played on it.. (* completed it in like a week some days were more than 2, i haven't played it since i beat it tho-- )

i have given up on a lot of games, my whole save progress for every game i've played was lost like 4 months ago so any game i was 1/2 through or didn't do all the side stuff i gave up on ( spider man and Gta iv are 2 examples. )

Big Game Hunter 2008 - Worst game I've played in some time.

Guitar Hero 3 - Who came up with these?

RSV2 - Got all but the Attack and Defend ones, but I hate that mode. So I'm staying at 885G.

NHL 2k6-Got all the achievements but the one for penalty shot, I have all but given up on it.
MLB 2k7-Just don't like it
WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2007-not a wrestling fan, got it for 6.99 used
The Golden Compass-awful game, just got it for easy points and because it was only $4.99
Bullet Witch-ok game, just lost interest.
NFL Head Coach 09-boooooring
Alien Hominid-freakin hard!
GTA4-Cool game, just don't have the interest to finish the story
Fallout 3-most overrated game to me, finished the story but no interest in finishing the side missions, overpriced DLC as well

Two Worlds - Played it once, disappointed. Fail.
Halo Wars - Friend is a fan boy of Halo and bought it for me. Played it once. Unless he asks again to play... Fail.
Blazing Angels - Was on a WWII kick. Game sucked. Fail.
Perfect Dark Zero - Abandoned the classic winning title. Fail
Just Cause - Just bad. Played 2-3 times. Fail.
Fantastic Four - Got for free. Terrible. Fail.

Just don't have interest in these games anymore, so won't go back to them.

I made the horrible mistake of buying Alone in the Dark on launch day. It has to be the worst 'survival horror' game ever. It's a shame too because i enjoyed the early Alone in the Dark games, but this one was just awful.

I did manage to squeeze another 10Gs out of it last week though.

Beautiful Katamari: PS2 was fun, PSP was ok, this one I just couldn't get into. Sold it about 2 or 3 months after I got it.

Halo 3 - Started getting bored of it, then I got my 1000 and I never got back into it. I got 2 vidmaster challenges but that's it.

The Godfather - Wasn't as fun as it was when I was a kid

AC For Answer - This game sucked, thankfully I paid $20 instead of $60 for it. When I traded it in I got like $25 so I didn't get robbed of my money

GRAW - I couldn't get into it, it just wasn't fun.

Ultimate Alliance - Fun game, don't get me wrong, but I just eventually stopped playing it.

Perfect Dark: Zero - Who LIKES this?

Eragon - BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRIIIIIING

Project 8 - Boring, Tony needs a break.

NFS Most Wanted - The game just got ridiculously repetitive and kept crashing on me.

Saints Row - When I did get into it, my game save glitched on me and I couldn't progress any further. I got so mad I stopped playing it and eventually sold it, but in a few months I might rebuy it.

Command and Conquer 3 - The only RTS that will ever work on a gamepad is Halo Wars

TimeShift - So boring and pointless.

Viva Pinata - Didn't like it, rented it twice.

glad to see im not the only one that thinks Kayne n Lynch was shitty, my friends boosted every night for like 3 weeks straight just to max it out...they try to tell me they like the game but I know its just because they have a "high" score in it...

ChromeHounds. Maybe a good game if you like the genre, but i found it extremely boring.
Quake 4. It's a good game... on pc. Weird framerate on 360.
Warriors Orochi. I really tried but it's definitely not my type of game.

enchanted arms was easy..if you follow the guides out there they will help you out..just need aliitle time and patience and you'll get thru the game..

Enchanted Arms - Sooo boring

Bad Company - I don't hate it at all, It's a pretty good game. I started my campaign on the hardest difficulty. I've been stuck on this certain level so I gave up.

Viva Pinata: TiP: I LOVED this game but I just can't seem to get back into it. I have 1000 on the original.

Sonic Unleashed - Ehh its okay just can't get into it...

Banjo Kazooie: N&B - I don't hate it but I can't get into it.

Ninja Gaiden 2 - It was okay but I've never liked most fighting games.

Prey - Bored me.

Burnout Paradise - I liked it but can't get back into it.

Kung Fu Panda - boring....

Halo Wars - Had fun with it but I can't get back into it.

Guitar Hero World Tour - Rock Band 2 always drags me away from GHWT.

I prefer to do games without a guide as it sorta does the game for you which is pointless. If I'm really stuck I'll look up a boss battle or if theres' that secret achievment which is just out of sight I'll see what it is but thats about it.

For the time being I decided to give up on MKvsDCU; i just cant do some of those kombos, and Turning Point, I doubt I will ever get any of the remaining online achievements.
