help reaching tape in the south

Aaargh...as soon as I posted this I found the basement!! Sigh.

I can't get to the Jackal tape in the middle square of the south region. It 'seems' to be on the roof of a hut... but I can't get up there/haven't been able to blow it off :-) can anyone help me on how to get to this one?
