Great guide, thanks to this guide i managed to 1000/1000g this game in 33 hours. Still got tons of exploring left to do though and with the new dlc (when they fix it) out this game wont be going back on the shelf anytime soon.

For playing the same game on PC and 360? Nah. They usually don't do that.

Has anyone tried doing the AddAchievement 59-62 for Broken Steel yet? Fot the Pitt you where able to get the achievements as soon as the title update was done and before the DLC was out. Seems this isn't the case with Broken Steel

Guys.. not sure if this has been mentioned before. There's a way to get the Agatha's Song achievement without actually doing the quest. Just find the violin from the vault (forgotten which number), then sell it to the guy who buys these historical stuff in Rivet City.

Achievement Unlocked!

Why not give it to Agatha? Give her some music paper and you can get a unique scoped magnum. If you're going through the effort to get the violin, might as well get the better reward.

I discovered this by accident...

But nonetheless, I'm relieved I didnt have to go through everything because I'm using two handed weapons. The scoped magnum would do me no good...

Just a very fast way of getting Agatha's Song.

Just a very fast way of getting Agatha's Song.

Not a whole lot faster, really. The only difference is you don't have to find Agatha's house.

By the way dont you all think it is a bit unfair how pc users can just cheat like that?
Instead of playing almost 100hrs to get the achievements the fair way?

Has anyone ever done the cheat code for the PC version where you just type in "addachievement #" to get the desired achievement? Also, has anyone who ever used this cheat code got banned from Xbox/Windows LIVE? IMO, it sounds like it would make the game way too easy. I mean, who would be THAT lazy enough to get all the achievements by typing in a code 72 times?

Theres an cheat, GetQuestCompleted. Would be funny if the achievement for completing the Quest unlocks. I don´t have the PC-Version, but if this works I´ll borrwo it.^^

I totally did not think about the karma/level achievements and saving before a certain level, I feel like an absolute idiot.

I'll most likely do it for level 30, and be done with this game.

Awesome guide, top notch as always from The Pants Party.

EDIT: I have a question, do I need the Schematics to create weapons? IF so, where can I find them all?

Nice post, I finished the game before games for windows live 3 came out (I think) and couldn't get it to integrate with the live system. I'll probably go through the "cheating" way just to get these achievements.

Is there a printable version of this anywhere?

I've seen a post on the XBL account forum, that says they will reset your Gamerscore if you use console commands to get achievements, so watch out for that.

They watch all Gamerscore, and if they see you get the achievements for the level achievements, in a few seconds, they will reset your score and you'll have cheater in your profile forever.

I'm not trying to be preachy or anything, I just wanna let everyone know what I heard.

Edit:
I got the pc version and it's 10x more fun. You can spawn enemies and put in tons of cheats. I suggest everyone get the pc version.

Just wanted to say nice guide, nice job and thanks very much, one thing though,

not sure if it is with both speech loops, but the little lamplight knock knock speech loop is odd when it comes to unlocking the achivement, or it was for me. While I was looping over and over, I figured I'd check my number of speeches won, 64. with the achivement being 50 and me being at 64, with no achivement, I was getting frustrated, I looking in my fallout 3 achivements, scrolled down to it, read it, and bleep bloop, there it was, mabey this should help some people? wierd stuff

I've had an achievement or two unlock that way, pretty weird.
