Wins earned by opponents quitting count towards the achievement?

I'm sorry if this has been answered or posted already, but if my opponent quits that counts as a victory towards the 20 and 100 win achievements, correct? I would like to get this done ASAP and I have someone to boost with, but I would like to know if quits count. That would be by far the fastest method.

You are right. Quitting by others counts towards your achievement.

I don't think it does, though its supposed to.

It hasn't counted towards the Master of all Things achievement and when I was going for it I would mark down what characters I had won with due to match quits. However, when I had won ranked matches with everyone, I still hadn't gotten the achievement. So I had to go back and win the matches with the characters that the people had quit on.

I can confirm that quitting by others counts towards your 100 Ranked wins. As for the Master of All Things, I am not sure.

I can also confirm that quitting does count towards boosting. Just about to make a thread on it, in fact.

I too can confirm that this works towards 100 wins, just not towards the win with each character.

100% guaranteed to work if opponent quits out of a match, it awards you a win, in ranked mode. Anyone that tells you otherwise is a liar or an idiot. BTW, you must have 100 wins in either classic or hd remix mode, not both, and it must be in ranked matches.
