Buddies

Just for clarification, I found Michele, Marty, Flora, Warren, Paul, and Quarbani. Now, that's six buddies but I haven't done but 3 APR missions so finding the buddy on the 8th mission like the guide says isn't so for me. Or, is there still one more buddy I need to get? By the way, this is all Northern.
