Gears 1 or Gears 2 ?

for me itzz gears of war 1 idk i guess i was just a big fan of the blindfiring in the first one but i really love both
but for me gears 2 felt like a completely different game then gearz 1 so gearz 1 all the way for me..also i was looking forward to a ranked seriously... again

For me it has to be Gears of War 1, don't think I've ever played a game so much in my life hehe.

Gears 1 had and good campaign but a bit short. Multi-player was amazing, even with the host advantage at least there wasn't lag much.

Gears 2 has an even better campaign, but then the multi-player lets it down. Often find matches are laggy and smoke grenades blast radius is way to big. Smoke will knock you down from distance a frag grenade from the same distance doesn't even make you flinch, wheres the logic in that? :P

gears 2 has the bonus of better graphics, horde, campaign, but gears 1 has better online and weapons

I think the first Gears is alright, to me it was an average game, I struggled to get into it. Admittedly the gameplay was new and fresh and executed brilliantly, but it seemed to much of a struggle for me to play. I finished it and the storyline was alright, not amazing.

6 months later and I'm playing Gears 2. Love it. Tis all I need to say on Gears 2.

gears 2 campain is 100 times better then gears 1 but multiplayer is better in gears 1
