Favourite Map?
Mines probably Strike at Karkand, I don't like Sharqi Peninsula all that much though. Might change my mind later as I haven't played any Rush yet.

Strike at Karkand atm. I only have played one round of Wake and lots of Oman and Sharqi.
Sharqi is horrible map imo. Havent played normal Conquest on it yet so it could be better.

I'm not gonna give my voet just yet. I haven't played them all.
But my favorite maps on BF2 were Wake, Karkland and that asian map (forgot the name)

I like em all kinda, they all seem a little bit more of a cluster-fucker than the other battlefield maps. I dislike Sharqi the most though, i still havent played Wake Island in the normal (good) Conquest Mode.

Wake Island rarely comes up even in the B2K Only servers, you play the other 3 more then anything.

By a slim margin, I'll have to say Wake Island. Only because it brings back a lot of memories. Really though I'm enjoying all 4 maps. The other three are totally new to me since I didn't play BF2.

Strike at Karkand is my favorite map. Conquest Assault on that map is so fun

I really want to answer, but I absolutely HATE Conquest Assault so it's hard to give an honest opinion when the overall experience is marred by the gametype. I will say that Conquest on Wake Island is the most appealing to me, but even that is soured by the shit-tastic F-35 that the US is forced to use against the vastly superior Flanker. Then again, at least I have the Skid Loader to roll around in...

Gulf of Oman. Love the look of the map, and it's great to fly around in any of the air vehicles on offer. The flags are nicely spaced apart on conquest too, so even if you don't have a vehicle, you can still get around on foot.

It's between Oman and Sharqi for me (and I can't believe I've only just responded to this thread! haha) but I think over a year of play time gives me enough experience to know which map I like best!

I like Sharqi Peninsula and Wake Island. I like Strike at Karkand for Rush, but that's it.
