Can anyone confirm if QTEs count as "seen"

some people are saying its ok if you hit a if you died from a qte ( i died once just from falling) but i did dashboard when i was seen,

it would be nice to a have a definite answer

got the achievement, I can CONFIRM being killed (falling down/sniper) and QTEs don't count as being seen, I also reloaded chekpoints right when i reached 2 red arrows and right after i missed a qte button, but i did hit A after getting killed falling down/qte and the achievement still popped

Thanks alot. This helps quite a bit because I keep failing at the QTE in the Psych Ward. Will playthrough now.

I pressed A a few times when died and i was worried i may of messed it up but it popped at the end of the game, so pleased!
