Plym
Always got my order early from Zavvi, they have been great with any order I've made.
Frasr
from my experience Zavvi dispatch your items whenever they feel like it.. sometimes early, sometimes late. I ordered Mafia II a few weeks ago, it was in stock but still had not been posted after over a week.. I went to their facebook page and said 'hey can you dispatch my order please (and gave them the order number) and they posted it right away... Akuza
I use zavvi mainly for direct buys not pre orders .. I did however pre order the Blu ray of Akira with them and they got it to me on release When they put the release dates chances are it will be on the day of release or day before
Frasr
WipeoutBoy I have only used zavvi once as I dont fully trust them. Zavvi are exactly the same company as Asda Entertainment and The Hut. (All are owned by TheHutGroup Ltd) if you trust asda you can trust zavvi

Sabrelord
I pre-ordered a few times there like a year ago (from Germany) and i got it like a week late. So no more preorders from them. Next will be shopto again.
Akuza
Meh some people say there good others not :/ ahh well have to wait and see. Realistically it's more to do with how well the post is in your area .. I can order from them today and get it in the morning... Meanwhile other people may be given the same date, but because of the post in their area it may be 2-3 days later! Hope that makes more sense

Akuza
not true ShopTo: Post on the Wednesday, 99% of the time receive on the Thursday Zavii: Post on the Thursday (allegedly), receive Monday or later But both are posted first class... I'm sure ShopTo use Next-Day delivery and Zavvi just use standard 1st (2nd?) class
Seventh Syn
Amazon.com works the best I think. Pre-ordered quite a few different amount of games and got them on release date. I believe it's like someone else said, it's based on how the post works around your area.
13ip0lar
I don't know if your Amazon offers the same as they do here in the States, but they offer release date shipping for $0.99, I know you guys are in Europe, but I would imagine they have something similar?
