Complete and utter ass. You follow the guide and progress and you're so underleveled it's not even funny. And you go into battle and half their skills don't work. The auto fight is even more worthless than doing it yourself because all they do is put up barriers and don't even bother attacking. This game is worse than blue dragon in my opinion.

Ive 100% this game twice, its a little bit childish but not more than most other rpgs out there. Story is really good, and fighting system is awsome. Tons of diffrent types of monsters to choose from. Only downside is the last boss, not much tactic to be used there, so you have to farm the casino and upgrade your chosen characters alot. Pretty easy to get unlimited cash from the casino since you can save and reload if it doesn't go the way you planned.

I like it. I got it for 9 bucks and only have three achievements left to get, 92% with the game so far. I use autobattle 95% of the time. I just don't put any support style moves or else they keep doing them like idiots.

I love the achievements for it also and how I can save anywhere. I haven't had any problems with battles yet and didn't even go to the casino.

I just bought it, too... There are a lot of games I haven't played as much as this one, so it's really worth a few $...

Story is kinda fun, plus it's my first turn based rpg for the 360 so I will definitely go for 1000/1000 ^^

To update, only played just a little bit so far, but just that was worth the few bucks I spent on it for the laughs! :p I'm loving it in looking at it almost as a parody RPG-- like the game developers knew about the videogamerecaps site, and said "Well, let's give 'em some REAL fodder!"

The battle mechanics strike me as similar to games like Radiant Historia and Lunar, map has a bit of a FF X feel to it, character art makes me think a lot of Xenosaga.

I found the limited editon at a local videogame store. I think I'll but it for the easy 1000gs.

EDIT: I tried really hard to like this game...way too much reading...

Theres a limited edition? What do you get extra?

Edit: Searched it, but aparently the limited edition was an american only release and came with a bonus mini manga. Was the manga before, after or during the games story? was there any Atsuma x Karin in it?

While I would love to answer you questions, I have no clue. I sold the game on Ebay. I do know the magazine read back to front which i thought was weird.

"Spoiler Alert"

48 page limited edition graphic novel. Back to front like Shonen Jump. Atsuma, Toya, and Makoto are in enchanting school. No Karen, Raigar,or Yuki.

Story starts where a younger girl asks her dad how her toy "dog" (Thats a golem) is able to move and he explains how its a golem. Her father passes away and she goes to enchanting school with the guys. Eventually she leaves to go to enchanting school in Londonstan and asks the guys to visit with Atsumas dog(that doesn't survive the first story. I think its like a pre-story manga. I hope I don't give away anything to the story as this is my first post. Thanks all!

OT: The combat system is what drove me to complete this game. Very addicting.
