Yeah I don't see what's so bad about this game?
Just don't throw 15 punches in 2 seconds, because it's meant to be more realistic not fight like a dumb shit.

You love kinect or you did not try it ... or just lazy ...

This is also a good thing, because there fat ass kids out there that are obese because of this and they just don't want to give up the controller to be active.

how the hell u can tell this game is worth a 7/10?!!! late response controls is the minor problem of this game! this game is boring! once u learn how to play, its all about dodging and parry kicks! then counterattack and power moves! all against the same fighters, over and over and over! and in fact there are only 3 types of characters: those small that uses kicks, fatty that uses punches, and middle that uses both. u cant select character with maybe extra moves/skills, there are no bosses. the 4 leagues are identical! difficulty its always the same. there is only one music track! its more like a demo than a complete game. i can continue until tomorrow...so how u can say its 7/10???? are u blind???

So is it safe to say that the "unresponsiveness" of the controls is really just morons flailing wildly instead of taking realistic shots like a true fighter would?

I just got a Kinect and this game always intrigued me, but the bad reviews scared me off. I'm an experienced muay thai practitioner, so if I use real life timings and combinations, will that work in this game. Are the movements and combos anything like a real fighter would throw?

Thanks for the help.

Tried it last night and it was great, the only move I couldn't get passed in training was Ducking and Low Round Kick - may adjust my Kinect for that.

I'm still learning the moves (like any other game) and agree what some said, it's all about timing and not swinging your arms and legs all over the place.

I did my first fight, and I now know I must learn the dodge/block/duck method and the different ranges of what I can use.

def right, multi player def missing and didn't get it b/c of that. The reviews have been so mixed, love or hate, no middle reviews.
