Hey I finally got this one, but a lot faster than some of you. Just hang in there, I did the restart till I got a Picture gram, and the Supersize me one was the first Question. I Tried a few more long games and nothing, I deleted my played puzzles in dashboard and went back and got the other 2 almost right away, so all and all took me about a 20 plays.

This achievement is really starting to annoy me. Yesterday I did the restart the game method and finally saw my first and second documentary questions. Played another two long games and nothing. Just one more to go...

20+ Long games and only 1 documentary question so far.. Good thing it's such a fun game

Still stuck, can almost blindly answer questions now... seen so many repeated questions... and still only 2 documentary questions so far.. I think this is going to go down as the most boring achievement I've seen so far.

Just got it and the full 1000! All I did was play Long games, and after several days (about 3 games a day) of trying all 3 questions popped up today.

From my experience whenever I try a short play I don't get any of the question types required so I am only playing long plays now. Tried 10 - 15 short plays and gave up on them. Will keep at it though
Finally got it on a long game. Have played roughly 30+ games since I got it. Not kept count until I did a push for this. Might have had documentary Qs in the past but failed them I don't know but got all 3 in the past 10 or so games

This achievement is really only for completionists. Got about 750 points in 2 hours, had 975 in maybe 8 without seeing a single documentary question. Took at least another 5 hours but mostly I was just on my computer paying just enough attention to when one of the 3 categories I needed came up. Managed to get the pictogram super size me and the march of the penguins in pop culture and then just started playing long games to get the songs, sayings, and slogans, and finished the round and quit out (of course it was almost always round 3 when it came up). Then I go and get 2 doc. questions back to back in one game. >_>
Roughly 15 hours only seeing 2 and then I get 2 in a row. Total luck of the draw achievement. Just glad to be done with it.

got 1000g. just used the method of picking a long game and only played it if the first round started with picogram. only took 30 mins to get 3 doc questions.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who posted comments about deleting the games seen file. I knew I had missed a few documentary questions in my normal play through, was terrified I'd have to run through all the questions in the game before I saw them again. Took like 8 long games, but I finally got one to show up and then as soon as the round ended heard that beautiful achievement noise play. JOY!

This may be beaten to death at this point, but I can add evidence to the contention that the "Heart of Darkness" question does not count as a documentary. I got the 9/11 question, then HoD, then An Inconvenient Truth. It did not pop until a few games later when I got the March of the Penguins question.
In case it is of interest, I tried the restart method but in several hours of grinding never got a single documentary question. Eventually I just started playing all the way through Long Games. No questions came for a long time, then one came late last night and the other two (three, in a way...) came this morning. I probably went 20 games without a single question, then got all the questions I needed in a span of 3 games. Sigh. Good luck to those still pursuing this unnecessarily frustrating achievement. |

God I hate this achievement. Finally saw one tonight. Although I think i have seen at least one previously. Who knows if it will count though. I transferred all my memory and saves but this is a new xbox. So blah.. more games just to find documentar q's

OMG!!! after 29 games... finally... wow... I was determine to get this or I was going to quit playing forever...glad i got it cuz after E3 theres too many hot games coming out

Game is fun to just play with your friends so pop it out at a party or something and make sure whoever is controlling your profile doesn't miss the doc. question.

I would like to point out that the documentary question about climate change also appears in songs and slogans because I answered it twice for the ach. 1. I've put off getting this achievement for almost two years now. I'm tired of looking at having 975G for this game. I want this game done.
I did the "Restart" method and got one documentary question (Fahrenheit 9/11). I was hoping I had already answered two, but I guess not! LOL! Oh well! I'm going to keep at it! Wish me luck!

After getting sick of seeing this 975 sitting on my list for years I decided to hunker down and try again. After about 8 hours of long games I finally got all three (apparently I had never gotten one documentary question in the previous 975 points games, as it took getting three in this attempt to get the achievement). I hope ridiculously random achievements like this are a thing of the past. As a note the achievement didn't pop until I actually finished the entire round and you get to the saving acheivements and seen puzzle screens, so make sure you don't just drop out of the game if get one, as I'm not sure if it registers until the end.
