Jumping?

Hey guys, I'm hoping you can help me out. I was given this game for Xmas, and I had heard it was a fun game for kinect. The problem is, can anyone give me any idea how much jumping is in this? I actually can't jump due to an injury I've got, so if there are a couple jumping games, I know my husband will help, but if there is a LOT of jumping, I'll just skip this game.
