Time Trial Achievement is Glitched

I completed all Time Trial stages, 3 damn times.
No Achievement.
Any ideas?

So I emailed Blitz Games Studios about my problem, here's their reply.
Hi AJ,

Many thanks for your enquiry and apologies for the delay in responding. We have come up with the following to assist you and hopefully this will remedy the problem.

Complete all Time Trial levels
You will have find all 99 underpants in the time given to beat the time trial. In time trials you will no longer get extra time for each underpants you get. You need to beat all 9 levels. The first and second levels in each stage give you 3:00 to collect the pants, but the third levels only give you 2:40.

Levels 1/2 shouldn't be too hard, but the 3s are a killer. Remember pant locations and strategies for the best route. Hardest part is not getting shocked (as it blows 3-5 seconds) and getting underpants from jellyfish.

got the same problem.
i thought about deleting the save and try again from the scratch. but there is no individual savegame on the hard drive. you cant even select where to save. it must be tied to the gamertag or something like that.

the next thing i tried was to do the maintenance on my hdd to delete any patches. but starting the game up again, it doesnt have any patch.

soooo...what do?
