Am I The Only One Who Can't Put Bots On DarkOps?

When I select darkops, I can't put any bots on. There just isn't an option for me to do so. Maybe because I don't have XBL?

If you don't have Xbox Live, then you won't have access to any of the game updates or extra content. That is just kind of one of the perks of having Xbox Live... Some people can't get XBL because they don't have a broadband connection (DSL/Cable) with fast enough speeds to play online. In that situation, there isn't much one could do about that unless they purchased a faster internet service. Sorry because I know that has got to suck.

I love my high-speed DSL service!

Yeah I know that you need broadband to get Live, I still live with my parents and they won't get our 400MB limit expanded ._.

XBOX does release discs though that have updates on them.. they may only be for the dashboard updates however..

Try emailing RARE and asking them how to acquire the update.. maybe youll get lucky..

Ahh... I didn't really see what all was that funny either!? I wouldn't listen to Ice2Dragon anyhow... He thinks cause he's #1 in the FPS, that it makes him better than everyone else. The only thing that means is that he has more FPS achievement points than anyone else... not more skill, remember that so don't let him bother you.

I don't blame you... I moved out when I was 19. I thought it was a great idea because I was closer to college, girlfriend, and entertainment... but when the bills added up, I realized it wasn't as fun. It'd be nice to go back and live at home (free accomodation as you said) but I enjoy having my own place far more than I ever did living at home.

I do agree with Ice about trying to contact RARE... perhaps they might be able to tell you something?? If they do, I'd be interested to know what they say.

A faster way to solve your problem might be to take your 360 to a friends house that has broadband and then download the extra content.
