Loaning players

I was just wondering if anyone could walk me through how to loan players.

I signed 3 young players from my youth squad and I want to loan them out for a season. I clicked the players and then selected loan for season. Do I just have to wait now for offers?

Yes it's just the same as transferred players,you will get offers and you can except are reject them.

Be prepared to wait for a LONG time. =/ The loan system absolutely sucks in this game. I'm in my 5th season now with Hartlepool, and have essentially stopped buying players and just building through my youth squad. My roster size is 40 players deep. This past season I was able to loan out 5 of my players, they went to Barcelona, Man United, Man City, Real Madrid, and Derby County. Not one freakin' player got into a game all year while being loaned out. Stupid.
