How to play Pure Survival on AWAKENED

i just finished the dlc on casual and don't know hot to start it on survival help please

I've not tried this yet but I expect you just have to load up your pure survival save file and start the DLC from there.

Yeah, just load up your pure survival save, if you play co-op it will say Difficulty: Hard in the lobby, however ignore this as the achievement still unlocks, just make sure you are playing on your PS save.

I believe so, so long as the "play downloadable content" options highlighted in the solo campaign menu then yes.
