How screwed am I? New York North District Glitch

So I have fed 3/3 kids, 4/3 garmer defends, and I stopped 3 tax collectors, but only two show up. No more missions in the North district.

Anyone know how to fix? I really don't want to start the game over, this has taken me forever to get this far.

Keep looking, i had the same problems, it's probably because you haven't uncovered 100% of the map (eagle points only get you like 75, especially in N-NY) and it might be hidden underneath that "fog of war"

I had the same thing, but when I left new York and came back a new one appeared. The real screwer is that I have all the trinket boxes opened, but it only shows 1/2 in East New York even though I am looking at both opened boxes. I will have to eventually play again to get the final trinket.

I'm having issues in N NY too. Finished all the liberation missions, and it's at 90% and says I have to talk to my contact, Deborah something. Can't find her and there are no liberation contact icons. Maybe she walked though a wall or and fell through the map into oblivion like I did several times playing this hot mess of a game.
