Victim 3 help.

Ok i got this yesterday and decided to start on survivor.

Im at the 3rd victim just after the slide down the skyscraper. He needs a med pack and i dont have one but apparently there is one near him. I cant seem to find it. Is it only there on normal?

The Med Kit is just after the quick cut scene where he says something about the crane being high, it's just before you fix the generator with the jerrycans !
Before you get to the generator there's a small gap you have to jump, you can climb down the side and it's just underneath on a ledge

Is it possible to go back and save this guy after you've left the area? I didnt have the medkit at the time and couldnt find one near by.
