"Gamer profile changed"?

I finished the first mission Saint Lo and then suddenly it came up gamer profile changed. I was confused as I hadn't changed profile but when I went back to single player and continued I was on The Island. This happened to anyone else? Btw I'm on Veteran so would this have an effect on Grizzled Veteran?

Hard to say what's exactly gone wrong but that msg usually only comes up when you change gamertag/profile when in a game. Guessing you had a glitch which signed out your profile which sucks cos it wouldn't have recorded your last save point i.e. mission completed. It shouldn't effect you getting Grizzled Vet if you reload and continue.

Just happened to me as well in the exact same spot. I think it's an issue in the game. Did you ever get the achievement?

this has happened to me several times throughout the campaign, but i remain signed into live and usually remain in the chat im in. Ive had other chieves unlock along the way and in 3 more lvls hopefully my grizzled veteran will too. ill try and update when i get an answer
