Game Description:

This irresistible mobile experience gives you the chance to use your phone to visit the island of Lemuria and play with, care for and fall in love with your very own cub. Bring your pet with you wherever you go! If you’ve already experienced Kinectimals on Kinect for Xbox 360, your phone becomes the key to unlocking five new cubs on your console. Stand-alone mobile game features Kinectimals’ signature visual quality, delightful animation and brand new ways to play with your cub!

Introduction:

This is not a difficult 200 at all, although it may seem like a long slog if you've got all the achievements but one by Level 10. However you can earn a lot more XP by following this Tutorial rather then just playing the challenges over and over.



ACHIEVEMENTS

A Friend For Life - 10

Choose a new animal

Just start a game and choose a Cat.


First Contact -10

Pet your animal for the first time.

Once the game has started just touch the Cat's face. The camera will zoom in and then you need to start rubbing the screen and you will see sparkles appear. Keeping doing this until the Cat lays down on it's side. Just keep stroking until it rolls over and then stroke it again on the other side.


Catch Me If You Can - 10

Get your animal to catch a ball for the first time.

Very shortly after starting the game it will invite you to do a challenge of playing ball. Just swipe the screen upwards towards the cat to through the ball. The achievement will unlock when the cat catches it.


Animal Carer - 10

Clean and feed your animal for the first time.

The game will tell you when the Cat is hungry although you do not need to wait. Just go to your inventory (top right of the screen) and select 'Shop' and then select 'Food' and then buy some food. Come back out of the shop and now select 'Food' from within the inventory and select the food just purchased. This will feed the Cat.

Now to clean your Cat you need to go back into the Inventory and Select 'Care Items' and then select 'Sponge'. Now you just have to repeat the steps described in "First Contact" but this time soap suds will appear so just cover as much of the Cat as you can.


A Great Start - 10

Win your first medal.

Just select the Challenges (Cup symbol in top right of screen) and select a challenge (not a tutorial) and fulfil the requirements to get at least a bronze.


Pieces of Flair - 10

Place your first collar on your animal.

Go to your inventory and select 'Shop' and then select 'Collars' and then buy one. Come back out of the shop and now select 'Collars' from within the inventory and select the collar you just purchased. This will place the collar on Cat.


Hit The Surf - 10

Visit Fiddler's Beach for the first time.

Once you reach Level 2 you will be able to visit Fiddler's Beach. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the area your not in ( bottom left of the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.


Archaeologist - 10

Visit La Selva for the first time.

Once you reach Level 4 you will be able to visit La Selva. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (left on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.


Under The Falling Blossom - 10

Visit Cherry Blossom Grove for the first time.

Once you reach Level 6 you will be able to visit Cherry Blossom. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (top left on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.


The Hills Are Alive - 10

Visit Suri Mountain for the first time.

Once you reach Level 8 you will be able to visit Suri Mountain. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (top right on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.


Mountaineer - 10

Visit Celestial Glacier for the first time.

Once you reach Level 10 you will be able to visit Celestial Glacier. Go into your Inventory and Select 'Map'. Just select the new area (top right on the map). Once loaded the achievement will pop.

This will also unlock the "Treasure Hunter" achievement.


Treasure Hunter - 20

Complete the pirate map.

See "Mountaineer".


Champion - 30

Win gold medals in 25 challenges.

You unlock challenges as you progress through the game. By the time you reach Level 10 there will be a total of 50 challenges to choose from so I would suggest not spending time redoing the same challenge over and over as you get very little XP and it will just slow you down progressing the Levels. Just wait until you have reached Level 10 and then go Challenges you find the easiest.

Tip: The trick challenges can seem difficult towards to the end but just don't rush it. You need to the tricks in a slow controlled motion otherwise it will not register the right trick.


The Ring Master - 20

Perform all tricks.

By the time you reach Level 10 you will have unlocked all Tricks. Just complete all available tutorials to unlock.


Wildlife Guru - 20

Reach the rank of Wildlife Guru.

You should have most if not all achievements not long after reaching Level 10 which is 80,000XP. The Wildlife Guru is Level 20 and requires 140,000XP. Now this will probably take as long as did to get the rest of the achievements but by following this Tutorial it should make it a lot quicker. I got from Level 10 to 20 in less than two hours.

Ok, I may have got some bits wrong such as what Level you unlock particular maps so please let me know as I have wrote this after completing the game.

Ten minutes of this game feel like an hour. I seriously find this more boring than Fight Night Rivals or whatever it was called.

I think I've clocked around six hours so far, but that's probably due to not doing the "fast" way to level 20 until around level 14 or so.

Yeah, I reckon it took me about 6 hours total to complete but the reason I put 4-5 is that I was about Level 12 before I realised the faster methods of boosting levels and I played a lot of challenges over and over before that which probably take up the most time.

Grinding it out... This is gonna be fun, Level 11 in a day, so theoretically Level 20 should take another day? Providing I'm not playing constantly for 12 hours.
