Master of Break in the Bull any tips?

Since ive tried over 50 times and almost broke off the left stick it seems darn impossible to me.

Anybody any tips on this?

Finally made this hell part after MANY tries, whatever I did you just have to keep tapping the left stick more than holding it.

Excruciating and extremely annoying part.

You may of posted this a long time ago, but spot on Just tap the stick in the opposite direction, sometimes tap it twice, and watch the arrow shrink, then wait for it to point elsewhere I tried holding the stick and didn't get anywhere near after numerous attempts, this method, got 35 seconds first time

Hasn't worked for me.
It was so hard to keep up with the circles,
i ended up just getting it by luck after the 50th try.

Thanks got it 3rd try with rapid flicks in opposite direction. Edit: a combination of holding and flicking LS and I got 27 sec.
