Overheard in the crowd

I am in some mission in the Red Zone where I am following some soldiers around and I hear someone yell "Move bitch! Get out the way!" Made me laugh out loud. Is this a one time thing or do NPCs have many funny things to say?

That's is funny. Havent heard that or anything else comedic other than skanks threating to beat my ass.
